Team Camp Registration Process

Follow these two steps...

Step 1:  Complete the Intent Form below to reserve your spot as a TEAM at the camp.  This form is required for registration.

Step 2: Mail in a $350 deposit no later than March 31, 2025

**The Intent Form  and Deposit  reserves your spot at camp.  It is recommended to get your reservation completed ASAP to secure your team's participation at camp.

Once your intent form AND deposit are received, your team's spot will be confirmed.  Registration instructions, confirmation letters, or waiting list acknowledgements will be sent to you.  No later than 90 day prior to camp, a registration link will be sent to every team for each individual coach, bus driver, and athlete to register for the camp prior to Check-In.

All individual payments of $325 are made to the Head Coach who will pay via check for the entire TEAM at, or prior to, check-in. The Camp receives NO ONLINE/CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. Checks are made out to "FCA.”  Please contact our camp registrar for any questions or concerns
