Carolinas FCA is looking for its next Regional Director of Talent Advancement for the Carolinas Region. This unique role is to work with current Carolinas FCA Staff to attract high-character and high-capacity staff, and onboard them to TEAM FCA. Sound like you? The RDTA is also responsible to the Region to develop our culture, increase capacity, build greater competence, increase leadership and provide organizational alignment and synergy of efforts. Team FCA offers many opportunities in the U.S. and around the world. We are looking for diverse, high impact leaders who are called to SEIZE a life of significance, SHARE the love of Christ and SERVE through the lens of sports.
The Director is responsible for growing FCA by praying, staffing and resourcing the area through Ministry, Talent, Donor and Board Advancement. The Area Director works with staff and volunteers to fund and steward the finances of the ministry.
The FCA Representative serves a local geographic area, or Area of focus, by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches, athletes and volunteers to fulfill FCA’s Vision and Mission.
Similar to an FCA Representative, an FCA Ambassador serves a specific area of geography, such as a school; or a specifc Ministry focus such as a Sport, Coaches, or maybe even male or females specifically. An FCA Ambassador works no more than 15 hrs per week for FCA.
An FCA Associate or Intern is a temporary employee of FCA, serving on the TEAM for a specific need and focus for 6-12 months. An FCA Intern is not an employee, but typically is a college student serving FCA during a summer or semester with a specific focus.
Carolinas FCA is on mission to Engage, Equip and Empower Coaches and Athletes in North Carolina and South Carolina. The Carolinas Region, is divided up into seven FCA Multi-Areas (see below) each led by a Multi-Area Director. Within each Multi-Area, are Metro and/or FCA Areas also led by Directors. Within each Team, are opportunities to join TEAM FCA and seize a career of significance by serving as a Director, a Representative, an Ambassador, or as a short-term teammate such as an Associate or Intern. Serving along side FCA Staff, is our Volunteer Leadership Boards and Volunteer Leaders like Huddle Coaches, Character Coaches, and Adult and Student Leaders.
